This is how my organisation chart looks like. I draw it out on my own using the back portion of an advertising card board.
I did my monitoring to see how it turn out to be and to see who are the uplines and the downlines in a form of a chart. By doing this, I will be able to see where my downlines are and how to help them in building their organisation.
It started with only 2 downlines under me and now it reaches over 400 downlines. Not a big organisation though, because I knew others are having around 5,000 to 10,000 or some even more downlines.

It looks a little tedious but it is worth it. One of my downlines have gone further down, so I made an extension of the advertising card board.
I bought a Elvis Presley music CD quite some time ago because I like this particular song titled "A Little Less Conversation"
The King of Rock and Roll is dead now, but he still earns income of the music CDs sold everywhere worldwide! The income now goes to his family members after he is dead and gone. What I am trying to say is that, Elvis did his work once and he earns for many years to come. We called it as "Royalty Income".
Many of us are not talented singers or song writers, so how could we earn royalty income? or almost similar to that?
Network Marketing is a business that could bring you an income that is transferable to your next of kin, if you are dead and gone. By the way, there is this song, you know -- "Dead and Gone" enjoy!
Word of mouth is a powerful method of selling or delivering messages to friends and it is always works.
In Multi Level Marketing or better known as Network Marketing, Word of mouth is a form of advertising where you recommend a good product or sharing a business opportunity to your friends.
You will recommend a good movie to your friend to watch during the weekend. Perhaps you may suggest a good western food restaurant to your friend. It could be giving direction to your friend to a place for a nice cup of coffee. We are sharing and recommending almost everyday, if you look at it closely.
And, may I asked whether the movie ticket counter guy give you any free ticket for recommending friends to the movie? How about discounted price for the next coming movie? Definitely no.
What if you could be paid for recommending friends? Would that be nice? How about getting some rewards from friends who recommend his friends to purchase a product or services?
Put in Money means investing, could be in any amount, from RM100 to as big as, like RM100,000 and make big money, normally without working. If you do recruiting, you earn more.
The top or early birds in this program, will earn a lot and the bottom people or the people who just came in, will earn less or loose money. The company will collect the money and do the payout. After some time, they are unable to make the payout. Sooner or later, most of these companies will eventually close.
Get Rich Quick is NEVER a long term business and it is not recommended.
This is one of the most important question that you must ask someone who joined a MLM business or someone you are trying to recruit.
Why they join MLM? Why they decided to do MLM? What are they looking for?
You won’t be able to answer for them. You only have to listen to their real reasons. There are many reasons. You will heard different answer from different people.
They are looking beyond where they are now and trying to do something with their life. In fact, they know what MLM can do because they have seen many became successful from venturing into MLM business. Perhaps, one of the reason you will hear, is that MLM can bring them the Unlimited income potential.
There is a saying that goes “He who has a why to live, can bear almost any how”.
If one really know the reason of doing MLM, than he/she will be staying long enough in this industry. The reason I am saying this is because, many people give up too soon and I felt the same way too.
But after I had gone through a deeper understanding about MLM, I am able to see a much clearer picture.
My reason for doing MLM is to achieve F.I.P.F. which stands for Financial Independence and Personal Freedom. It is not all about the money we are chasing for, in MLM business. What are we looking for besides money? Later, we will look at other areas, such as the benefits and features of a MLM business.
The word "Direct Selling" is very commonly used when it comes to MLM.
Many have define MLM to be also known as Direct Selling, mainly because their first encounter with these salesperson knocking from door to door to sell something.
This is understandable because most reputable MLM companies belong to the Direct Selling Association (DSA).
Many still call them "Direct Selling" until today, eventhough the method of marketing is different.
Another common misunderstanding about MLM is that you have to sell retail to be successful. MLM is not all about selling, its about building organizations.
Last night, I had a dream coming into an office full of people. I saw a man handover a form to a lady for her to sign up. Then, I saw a few people that I know, An Agency Manager of an Insurance company, a retired teacher and a businessman (all three of them were in MLM industry at one time), were sitting together waving at me, asking me to join a MLM program, that promises good income fast and it is very easy to do. Things don’t usually happen that easy. Getting involve in this kind of program is never a long term plan for financial freedom.
Resolution being made beginning of a New Year. It's always this case, and it's not necessary this way.
One could make their resolution at any given time, when they think it's time to make that change or make that commitment to accomplish their goals in life, or to better themselves.
New Year Resolution for some could be losing weight, learn a new language, earn more money, take up yoga classes, which had been put off for so long.
For some, it could be spending more time with their family and loved ones.
For those who wanted to join a Multi-Level Marketing company, this year is the perfect time to start. The question to ask before joining one is "What to look for in a Multi-Level Marketing company?"
And for those who are already in a Multi-Level Marketing business, it is time to sit down with your downlines, if you haven't, and make a resolution together.
Everyone wants this year to be better than the previous year.
That is what resolution is all about, making changes and learn from our mistakes and errors in life.
