step by step to consume melilea greenfield organic :
1.Pour approx. 300ml of cold water into a shaker
2.Add 2 scoops of Soya into shaker and shake it.
3.Add 1 scoop of Greenfield Organic & shake well. Drink IMMEDIATELY
