Waiting

Life, MLM Overview, People No Comments »

Refer to the posting on " Making Appointment " on the 3rd of January 2010,  this is the moment – " Waiting " , the waiting moment you have to endure, after you and your prospect have agreed on the time to meet and also the venue/place to meet.

You may have explained briefly on the topic you going to talk about, whether about your business, or topic of interest, or perhaps, you don't.

You simply say,  that you would like to catch up with him/her for a drink, just a drink, since you have not been seeing them for a while.

But, for MLM people, they are going to talk about their business to their prospect! …yeah, am I correct ?

This is how it looks like, while you are waiting for your prospect / friend. You will have to order a drink at least, and you just have to wait until they show up.

First of all, you have to be at the venue / place on time. I mean on time, if you could make it  5 – 10 minutes earlier is much better.

Waiting can be an easy thing to do, but Waiting can also be a painful thing.

Sometimes, you just have to wait for a little while, because they came on time.

Sometimes, they call you up, and say that they will be a little late coz of traffic jam.

Sometimes, they call and tell you that something pop up and they can't see you today.

Sometimes, they don't turn up and they don't even call you, to inform you.

This is what waiting means.

Plants need water

Life, MLM Overview, People No Comments »

Hi,

Do you agree that MLM is a sorting business. And after you have sorted the right person, you still need a personal touch.

You just cannot leave them alone.

Chances are, they will not continue the business. He can be a total stranger, but if you don't get in touch with him daily, you are not doing the right thing. So its no point of getting them to register/sign up and leave them alone.

Do you agree, what is your comment.

Thank you.

Owning A Business

Life, People No Comments »

Refer to yesterday's blog post, in creating wealth,

The Number Two (2), according to my friend, is Owning A Business.

I prefer the Number Two (2). I said "Yes, you are correct !!! being in business, is the way to create wealth."

"Who are the Richest People in the world today?" he said.

People out there become rich by doing business. They are owning a business.

That driver who came out of that Mercedes, what does he do for a living? You ask yourself.

Perhaps, he comes from a Rich Family, or perhaps he is in Business. If you make a simple observation and look around us, we could see that most Rich and Wealthy People are in business.

Business is a wide topic.

The best business to venture into is MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) or some named it, Network Marketing.

Inheritance

Life, People No Comments »

Good day to all.

My friend shared with me something about creating wealth, today.

There are TWO (2) ways, you can create wealth, according to him.

Let's talk about ONE (1) for today, alright?

Number One, is Inheritance, he said.

The word Inheritance, the first thing that pops up in my mind is, it simply means you inherit your family's wealth.

As the saying goes : Born with a silver spoon in your mouth.

I think most of us, especially those who struggle in life, wish to be born in a Rich Family. This topic is sensitive, but I have got to talk about it.

This is not in your control. This scenario is not within our control. Not in your control & definitely not in mine. Not many of us are born in a Rich Family. Perhaps, our ancestors are pretty Rich back then, but when it passes down to the next generation and the next, and the next, and finally, when it comes to our generation, we got nothing. Alright, this is a bad example to describe.

If you are born in a Rich and Well To Do Family, then that is PURE luck. Everything goes smoothly in life. No worries about money. Everything you ever wanted could be yours in an effortless manner.

You are able to study abroad in one of the top University, choose your dream house, driving that Nissan Skyline to your biology class, and so much more. The wants in life actually endless, because you have the means.

If you are born in a Rich family, then you are Rich. You can become poor too, if you don't manage properly. Sounds like I am jealous, huh?

Well, if you look on the other side.

If you are not born with a silver spoon, and you come from a poor family and earn your success through hard work, you can really feel the meaning of true success! the satisfaction of being successful.

Then, there are also many people out there, who came from rags to riches. How do they do it? This is what we call PURE hard work.

The following blog post will be the continuation related to wealth, the Number Two (2).

Dreams

Life, People, Personal Development No Comments »

Hello,

Good day to all.

We always said : " Good night, sweet dreams "

Dream sweet dreams when you sleep.

Just curious and wanting to know – "Have you ever seen your child, no matter how young they are, keeping quiet or still, sometimes during the day?"

They maybe sitting on the floor, holding a pencil with their homework on a table, in the living room, but their mind wandering all over.

Heii, do you homework, stop dreaming!!! you shouted at them. Your child dreaming stops, and he start to continue with his/her homework.

They are actually day dreaming. Their body is here, but their mind is not. Please don't stop your child dreaming.

Most of us, or in fact, ALL of us have DREAMS. Our Dreams are nice, beautiful, perfect, wonderful, creative, and all positive.

Our dreams makes us alive! and drive us towards achieving them! All of us want to live up to our dreams! Some of us are living their dreams right now, and for some not yet.

As we grow year after year, many things change, and our dreams gets smaller and smaller, or further and further from us.

Why?

Perhaps, we have not accomplish what we have planned. These people give up to soon. They get discouraged.

Some may say, let's not have dreams. Without dreams, we don't get discourage or demotivated. Life would be much easier. Never, never, never ever think this way.

People who don't have dreams are not living their life, they are merely existing in this world, they are just another living thing. We live our life once, make it great!

Dreams are like building castle, the castle is in the air, you make your way or route towards the castle. Set your dreams and find ways to go after it!

Dreams and make your dreams come true.

Hope

Life, People, Personal Development No Comments »

Hello everyone, it has been a while.

I like to wish everyone a Very Happy New Year 2011 !

HOPE : -

Hope is something you look forward to, something good you what in your life.

You do something, you work on something for the hope of a better lifestyle, a better well being, a happier family in your life, etc…

There are also, some who doesn't do anything, but only have the feeling of hope for a good life. At least, they have hope!,which is better that those who lose hope in life.

In life, you try, you make an attempt, you take the effort hoping for an outcome/ positive results.

I took my friend's advice, so called her attitude towards life, that is – in Malay Language mixed with English " Ada Try, Ada Harap " and I heard she said it everyday. I like the way she put it ! " Ada Try, Ada Harap"

In English " If you try, there is hope. " and " If you don't try, there is no hope. " at all !!!

Perhaps, it's because she is a salesperson and in sales, one must try, in order to see the outcome, whether it's positive or negative. One must try / make the attempt to close the sales, always.

In life, also in your adventure in MLM business, you do MLM because you have hope. If you fail, Never lose hope. Try and try again. If you fail again, try again.

A short topic about " HOPE " and it is simple, just say it everyday :  " Ada Try, Ada Harap "

Distributor Friendly Plan

Marketing Plan, People 1 Comment »

Hello again.

I am Hock. I would like to continue from where I stopped, from the posting on Dec 11, and today, I will share with you about Distributor Friendly Plan.

Yes. Distributor Friendly Plan.

It means a company which makes it easy for distributors to earn a CONTINUOUS income. There are different types of Marketing Plans, and many strategies WITHIN the plans.

Any MLM company CANNOT survive, if its distributors find it difficult to earn income from its Marketing Plan. Then, the distributors will run to another company. I have seen many plans, for over 35 years. Not all MLM Marketing Plans are the same.

Recently, I have met this Founder and President, of a MLM Company, which I think is Genuine and Sincere in doing business.A true MLM Company. So, I signed up on the 23rd of November 2010 and I am inviting you to work this plan with me.

By the way, please beware of any MLM Companies which:

1) Sell Lots, Centers, Accounts, etc, etc,…

2) Only requires you to pay / invest only ONCE. (One time only)

3) Requires you to pay between RM5,000 to RM100,000 to be a stockist, either mobile stockist or main stockist.

4) Allows you to "top up" its entry level.

5) Unable to show you their AJL (Akta Jualan Langsung), or Direct Selling Act Licence.

6) Pays you for recruiting new members and do not have any physical products to sell.

Do remember, MLM is Multi-Level Marketing. What products are they selling? MLM companies do not sell members or distributors.

Ask Specifically

FAQ, People No Comments »

If you want to get the right answer, you have to ask the right question.

At times, you don't get the right answer, even when you ask the right question.

So, what do you do? Ask again.

A : Have you taken your lunch?

B : I went to the shopping mall.

A : Have you taken your lunch?

B : I went with my cousin. She is buying some household stuff.

A : Have you taken your lunch?

B : Yes. I have taken my lunch. I had fish and chips over there. Not bad at all. You should try.

A : (in A's mind – After asking for the third time, then you answer my question) I see, I thought of asking you to join me for lunch. That's alright. Catch up with you later. Bye.

B : Bye A. See you.

Mr. B is giving answer but not answering question. Have you ever give an answer, but did not actually answering the question your friend asked? I m sure you have come across this. I did, and my friend asked me again the same question. Hahaha…

It's already coming to the end of the year 2010, and we are approaching the new year, Year of Rabbit. This reminds me of last year, while I was at home having a conversation with my mum, and my dad was around, watching TV, having his ear on our conversation. This conversation we had was fast. Question, and then answer, question and then answer, in a quick way. This is what happened.

My mum and I were talking about a topic, I couldn't remember what it was, mostly my mum questions and myself answering. Then, I informed her … this :

Me    : I have got next year's Calender.

My mum : What Calender?

Me     : Table Calender

My mum : What Table?

Me     : ???

We had a good laugh…We think about it and laugh again…

My mum really ask a very specific question. A question very specific, until you don't know how to answer it.

It could be a living room table, computer table, dinner table, or office table? …possible? Hahaha….

Praise

Life, People 3 Comments »

Everyone need a praise from time to time.

An expression of praise given to someone, will make that someone felt being appreciated and make them wanting to do the act again. It motivates them.

When your child did something like throwing rubbish in the dustbin, and you praise them, they will feel nice.

Praise someone privately or even better if you can do it publicly, will make them feel nice, make you feel nice also.

Observe and listen carefully during conversation and when you notice something good about someone, praise them, and do it sincerely.

Try it to someone and you will love it.

Sponsoring

FAQ, MLM Overview, People No Comments »

This 3S is a guide or the things should be done in building your MLM Business – Sell, Sponsor, Service.

Let's talk about sponsoring.

Sign up your friends to be a member, is building your organization.

Who do you sponsor? Who are you bringing into your organization?

You can bring almost everyone into the business as long as it follows the terms and condition of the Direct Selling Act and the government laws, for example, he/she must be above 18 years of age. This is common.

One should not only look for leaders in your organization. Leaders are movers who has the drive and they are self-motivated to build the business and earn lots of money. All of us need leaders. In fact, everyone of us want leaders in our group. With them around, we are able to achieve more and earn more. Without them, both the MLM companies and distributors won't be able to grow & move forward. There will be a huge difference between a MLM company whom having leaders and those without. Leaders are important people.

Should we only pick Leaders to join us ?

Sales increases, income increases. Income grows from the sales of products and/or services. If you have lots of leaders, no sales, means no income.

If you come across prospects, who only consume / use the products, let them sign the membership application form. They are the one who will bring in sales for your organization.

There are people who joined for redemption of points each time they purchase products, sign them up. They want points. Then, there are those who likes to meet new friends in a meeting, buy products once in a while, sign them up too.

Some people have the ability to introduce friends to you, but doesn't buy any products. They are important too, ask them to sign the form and become your member.

Generally, there are two kinds of people, the consumers and the leaders.

In short, bring in anyone and everyone. Don't choose only certain kind of people to join you. If you are choosy, you will find that there is not much choices left for you.
