Hello once more…

All of us have equal time frame, 24 hours a day.

We have got a job, our personal life, we are responsible for our daily chores, and there is no way to get everything done. Buy yourself some time, is to delegate your chores, hire some one to do some task, and learn to cut corners. Buy time is to save time.

Let's talk about our daily life. For those travel by car, as we park our cars, what are we suppose to do?

Scratch parking tickets, either for half an hour or an hour, and place it on your dashboard.

After you have done your tasks, maybe banking transaction, meeting your friend, shopping, buying your groceries, etc, then you move on. Sometimes, you will not feel at ease, while you are doing your things. If the 1/2 hour or 1 hour is over, you will run to your car to scratch a new parking ticket.

We are actually buying time. You buy 1/2 hour or 1 hour, to do your thing. If you don't scratch your tickets and place it on your dashboard, or you have exceeded the time frame of the ticket, you will get a summon, a penalty – another ticket for you to pay.

Are we not actually buying time? buying the time of our lives, buying our own time.

The definition of  "buy" is to get/purchase something, to obtain something.

We are spending and losing time each day, but we are buying time!  

After we have scratched those tickets, it can't be used anymore, and we threw them away to the dustbin.  

By the way, these are prepaid tickets, pay before use. Make sure you put them in your car, If you misplace them, you will have to buy again. 

Can we abolish this parking tickets method and save more trees? Let us park our cars, do our activities at ease, and drive on, move on with our lives. 

Nowadays, we are talking about saving the environment, throw rubbish into appropriate recycle bins- bottles, cans and paper bins. Less trees, more heat. Don't you feel the heat these days? 

When trees cut down to expand land, trees will let out the carbon dioxide that has been stored upon the photosynthesis process. Each particle of carbon dioxide released to the air adds to the greenhouse gases, and result to global warming.

Good day to you.

Dear friends, followers, loyal visitors, fellow comrades, it has been a while, since I write, and half of the year already left behind us. 

As we are aware of the product pricing difference in MLM, whereby one enjoy the membership price by joining as a MLM member, rather than just a customer, one may buy products below membership price at certain point of time.

In some MLM companies, there are choices of products packages, which gives members choices of singular purchase or bulk order for lower price, e.g. 1 product for $100,  3 products at $250 and 5 products at $380 and so on. 

There are some distributors from certain companies who sell MLM products below the membership price. The reason they do this is because, probably,  they are short of cash and they are desperate to earn back their capital/investment. These are the low quality distributors.  

They are concentrating on making big fast money from the marketing plan and willing to let go their products below the price they bought. They are not making retail profit from selling the product, nor will they breakeven/get back their capital. They lose by throwing at low prices, but gain bonuses from the marketing plan.

This method of letting go of products at lower price, will spoil the market, especially to other distributors of the same MLM company. If you look at the bright side, you may buy at the lower price and sell for a profit.

Dear friends,

Last night, I was with my girlfriend and family, we were out for supper. 

We arrived in an outlet. We sat and looking at the photo menu lighted signboard to choose our food and drinks. Each of us have decided what we wanted.

Tonight is not so crowded, and I think we will get our meal in a short time. Usually, this place is quite pack, like most of their other outlets elsewhere. 

We look around for the outlet staff to serve us. I waved my hand to one of them to ask them for orders. He uses a silent face gestures to show me that someone else will come to attend us. I guess they have arrange specific staff to do a specific task, so we waited.

After awhile, seems like they are busy with their own things, and I felt that we had been ignored by them or we are not welcome to dine in this outlet, or so called chained restaurant, we decided to leave.

We were frustrated and left for another place for supper. If you look at this situation, we are not in the losing side, they are. The restaurant lost our business. Will you recommend your friends to eat in this restaurant? 

We ended up in another place to fill our stomach. The food was yummy and the service was good.
