There are always questions on scams and pyramid scheme, whenever you type MLM company names in google search engine. 

Many people rate MLM business as a scam, even that particular MLM Company is registered, a member of Direct Selling Association (DSA), having Direct Selling Licence in the country which they operate, having product distribution and may have produce many millionaires. This company have been in operation for over 10 years, and still people named it a scam. There are, until today!!!  

 Not all MLM companies and MLM look alike companies are Scam. OneX is being reviewed as one of the best Home Business and furthermore with only $5 to start up and has amazing income potential.

Is this 4 months old company, OneX, also a scam?

  Unilever got their AJL 931915 last week. They will be operating their business on 19th October, 2011.

  Their office will be near Hilton PJ . I am interested because:

1. It is a stable company.

2. It has a proven marketing plan.

3. Products of very high quality.

4. Very good support system.

   I met a guy who says that there are 4 important things to consider when choosing to join MLM company.

  1.   The company

  2.   The product

  3.   The plan

  4.   The group you join.

Then he says, close your ears and eyes about all other MLM companies.

What is your comment?

Hi,

While you are building your MLM business, you will encounter all kinds of respond, reaction, feedback from your prospects.

Whether a positive respond or a negative one, you should be able to handle them. You might also meet with people who have been in MLM business too. They may have been in a company or two. Some of them will be giving you an early conclusion or feedback before you can even share your business.

I would like to give you a tip on how not be emotional when talking to a person who knows very little about MLM but talks so much as though he is a consultant or guru in MLM.

Imagine yourself talking to a 5 year old. Would you argue with a 5 year old kid?

So the next time if you meet such a person, do not argue with him. Leave him a good impression of yourself, let him grow up , then later you have the chance to talk to him when he is more matured.

Hi,

   There are good MLM companies and also BAD MLM companines. There are also GOOD MLM plans and also BAD MLM plans. How do you differenciate all these?

   You must pick a GOOD MLM company and a  GOOD MLM plan in order to succeed.  It is a plus if you can get an experienced and skillful upline to help you along the way.

   I can give you free advice if you need one. I do research and analyse MLM companies and their marketing  plans.

Hi,

   I am looking for people who wants to earn part time income. It can be a 4,5,6 figures income per month.  I have done a lot of research in MLM Industry since 19th July 1975 and I found out that there no 100% perfect marketing plan, but I am able to spot a scam, when I see one.

   When I started MLM in 1975, there is no one to help me. Everybody are in the dark. The blind leading the blind.  If you join MLM now, I can help you.

    The true MLM business is good.  People who start business using MLM as a disguise, are call Money Maniac. These people are the one  who spoil the MLM name. These kind of people will be around for years to come.

     Now the best part is these people say openly that they are not MLM companies but still using the MLM concept.

     Some of these people are able to get an AJL approval from the government to start MLM business. So these people have a bigger Money Maniac people to support them. 

     Then again if you find a true MLM business, you have to look at the marketing plan .  Is it distributor friendly plan? Which will be the best company to join? I have found an almost perfect MLM company. This company is taking my advice to make some changes to make it a distributor friendly plan.  Do get in touch is you are interested to know more.

     MLM.  Making Longterm Money. To earn long term money , you must ask yourself one question. Is the company you are with now can give you long term money? First check this out:

1.   Ask them to  SHOW you their AJL certificate. (If you are doing MLM in Malaysia)

2.  Do they have a monthly personal maintenance?

3.  Do they manufacture their own products in their OWN manufacturing plant?

4.  Do they have their own R&D?

5.  Can you sign up online?

6.  Is it borderless  and paperless and is it real time?

Magnacasa is a MLM Company, a Malaysian Company, started around 1988, selling Holiday Packages. 

Their marketing plan is Matrix of 3 all the way down. 3 people, 9, 27, 81, so on.

There are 14 such companies with this kind of Marketing Plan. All these companies closed down. Magnacasa closed down around year 1990. These type of Plan lasted for 2-3 years, that is their life span. Non survive more than 3 years, to named a few, Giffrah World, Asian Diamond, Century Diamond, Fitti.

All these 14 companies only require a ONE time buy / ONE time purchase / ONE time payment and NO monthly maintenance.

Magnacasa Certificate Of Achievement. When you joined, you a named as a member, then go up to the position named as Pearl Member, then Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and another 2 stages, then the highest is called Crown. There are only 1-2 Crowns, then the company closed.
