Where can I invest my money so that I could get a better returns?

Financial Institutions offer a very safe and secured return in a form of Fixed Deposit, which is 2.5% per annum currently.

But many people are diversifying their money into other areas that could give them a higher and faster returns. Its undeniable to avoid seeing more and more people nowadays going for a FAST and BIG return of their investment!

I am talking about Investment in a form of time and money. There are investments which generate its returns in a short time and some takes a longer time to acquire its benefits. And there are some that could never see the returns at all, and some loses more money in their investments.

Fixed Deposit is an investment without any risk, but it gives you a very small return. If one is looking at a higher returns of their investment, they should observe all the risk involved and be willing to participate that risks. As the saying goes "High risk, High returns".

What could we do with our money to make it work for us, instead of leaving them idle under our pillow?

Invest !!!

Take a look at these options, we have Unit Trust. We could also invest in Stocks and Shares. How about trading in Forex? We could survey and seek opinion of which is the suitable MLM business for us. How about starting a conventional business?

What are the chances or is there any guarantee that whatever that you have invested will finally give you the returns you expected ?

Come on, nobody could. I couldn't give you any kind of guarantee that you will be successful in your investment of money and time in MLM business. Or should I say, in any kind of investment ventures.

Gamble!

Is that the most appropriate word to use? Life is a gamble. We live our lives according to what we think is right.

Gamble in a calculated form is recommended rather than Gamble with our eyes closed. Gamble in business investment that gives you higher chances of success is a calculated risk investment. But gamble in a casino is a fifty fifty chance. Its human nature to try their luck in casinos. Perhaps, its greed in all of us. 

Anyway, always remember : never, never, never quit and never stop trying.

This is what I saw over my room window during my day off. I took my annual leave and I woke up early… STILL.

I should be in bed!

This cat walks around my block,

… but this morning I caught him sleeping like a log!

The cat has no worries at all. This is what reminds me of what it means to be in the position of  " F.I.P.F " – Financial Independence and Personal Freedom.

It means, you don't have to worry about the money and you have all the time in the world to enjoy what you love to do. No worries about money means you know where the income comes from and it will continues to generate every month into your bank account.

You could wake up anytime and sleep anytime you want and you know that you don't have to punch the clock in the office the next morning, because you don't have to be in the office, to be answerable to anyone. You are your own boss. No one is above you except for God.

How to get  "Something for Nothing" ?

First of all, just ask ourselves this question : Is there such thing as Something for Nothing?

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Without doing anything, can we get something?

Its snowing outside and its cold. You wanted some heat in the house. You sat on a sofa looking at the fireplace,

You can’t simply say "Hey, stove… give me fire to warm the house! "

You have got to go out of the house with your axe to bring back some firewood.

Cut them into smaller pieces and put them in the fireplace before you light up the fire with a match or a lighter.

Only then, you will get the heat from a burning flame.

There is work needed.

One thing is for sure, You can get Something for Something.

It requires some amount of investment.

Goals = Work ( Time + Effort ) + Capital ( Money )

I saw this meaningful sentence, while I was viewing Arnold Schwarzenegger video on youtube. It surely tells us the results he has got. He gain fame as a professional bodybuilder. He won the Junior Mr. Europe contest in 1965 and that was the start of a long career in bodybuilding.

In 1970 he won his first Mr. Olympia title. He also won the contest the following years 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974 and 1975. He is 5 times Mr. Universe and 7 times Mr. Olympia. He went into acting and now into politic. Arnold’s determination and mind power puts him to where he is now.

Our action derives from our thoughts. What we have in our mind will bring it into action. Our mind is our most valuable asset. We are actually using so little of our mind than we possibly could.

When it comes to our mind, there are two things that we should be aware, that is either we think positively or negatively. If you think positively, you achieve positive results. If you think negatively, you achieve negative results.

Why do we work?

There must be a reason. We must have a purpose doing it. If we don’t know why, then why do it?

In life, everyone has to work.

People work for the things they want or desire in life.

People work for things which money can buy.

It could be anything : a bigger house with a swimming pool, a hybrid car,  a golf set, and etc. 

And there are things which Money can’t buy, for example, happiness, love.

Everything we see around us, requires Money.

Las Vegas : Money makes the world go round.

We may have heard of this famous phrase :

There are some things money can’t buy. For everything else, there’s _ _ _ _ _ _ C _ _ D. At the end of day, we need money to settle that thing too.

Even when you are utilizing the public toilet, we have to pay 20 cents per entry. What if you have only 10 cents in your pocket? You said to the attendant that you will throw only half because you only have 10 cents, could you do that? – this is a joke, make people aware about some of the very little important things related to money.

Anyway, Money is indeed very important. 

The day after I met Joshua, I went to see my neighbour at the back of my house about "sharing interesting events".

"Sharing interesting events " – is what I read in my SMS inbox a week ago. Both of us were in the same MLM business at one time. Adjusting my schedule to meet him, we are just trying to catch up with each other.

Looks like I was busy the whole weekend, trying to keep up with what is going on in the current MLM market.

Mr. Fabian was invited to attend MLM presentation by two different companies and he shared his personal experience about how those company does their presentations.

One similarity about Joshua and Fabian,is that both of them wanted me to start first with my MLM business, then they started to share theirs.

No product talk and No marketing plan talk. At the end of the day, Mr. Fabian just showed to me the brochures and flyers from the two companies that he attended.

The graph shows the comparison of income for those who are employed and those who are in business, especially in MLM.

If u are paid a salary, you are working for somebody. No matter how much is your income, there will be a maximum pay each month. I would like to named it a "Ceiling", above you. Since the day you started working, you will enjoy yearly increment and once you reach the maximum (Ceiling), your income stops there until you retire. Upon retirement, you got no pay, or for some sector, you got half pay. The moment you stop working, your income stops.

What do you do after retirement? Some may still have to look for a job. You have no future.

Inflation is always going up.

If the job that you are doing is for your own and you are not paid a salary, that job may have a future.

You are actually working for yourself and you determine your own income. Becoming your own boss and being in business is the way to create your own destiny. And as for the income, the sky’s the limit.

There are people who work for a month and get paid for many months to come. This is one of the benefits of MLM. 

MLM income can grow quickly, in a short period of time because of the multiplication effect.

The title of this post may have two different meaning.

Let me read it again " I didn’t think it could happen to me."

It could be something good or extraordinary events happening to someone. Perhaps that someone achieved great wealth, or an opportunity to advance further in life, something that changes his or her life forever.

First meaning is about some unbelievable event takes place in a person’s life – Some positive outcome.

I would like to talk about the opposite. I would like to relate what I have read from a newspaper article yesterday to a real life event that has happened in my life. 

These scams usually via the internet, are targeting the internet users. Nowadays, the younger generations are the victims, mainly because of their peers and due to inexperience about such matters. 

Making money through internet investment and earn extra commission by bringing others to join the investment.

All of us are human-being with feelings. Greed is one of them and it is in everyone of us, including me.

Not too long ago, many people are involved or absorbed into this kind of internet investment scam and at that point of time, many MLM companies sales drops tremendously.

The reason is, almost all MLMers are involved. Not only these companies offer good ROI (Return Of Investment) but they also have the sponsoring mechanism in their program with interesting commissions in bringing more investors to join the program. (scam). 

Nobody to be blamed. Just be aware that money just doesn’t come that easy and neither does the trust from friends.

During end of 2007 till early 2008, my dad and I ventured into starting our own MLM business.

We are not MLM distributors, but we are running the MLM company.

This is the Marketing Office where distributors purchase their products and do presentations to their prospects. We also have the members area and a couple of meeting rooms. We took the whole floors. 

This is the Ground Floor and I was doing the arrangements and cleaning for the marketing office at night after came back from my work. This is the receptionist counter, where we store some of the products for distributors.

This is the Factory where we manufacture the products. There were no electricity and water supply and we have install all that. They brought in the empty bottles and all the equipments necessary. We had discussion on the ingredients and bottle designs, besides the marketing plan, which my dad did.
