The day was getting dark and it started to rain. It rain heavily all day long. The water rises and

the entire town was flooded.

You climbed and sat on the rooftop A small boat arrived to rescue you and you said

" It's alright, I believe in God, God will help me. "

And the small boat left. 

After an hour . . . 

the water rises, and so you climbed up further to another roof of your house. Another boat arrived, this time a bigger boat, with other flood victims. The man on the boat shouted "Hey, come, jump on board " and knowing you can't swim and you said boldly,  

" No, it's alright, I believe in God and God will help me. "

It's getting dark and the water rises further. . .

This time, you are on the tree. A helicopter came, throw down a ladder to you. The man in the heli, shouted, and you said, 

" It's alright, I believe in God and God will help me " and the helicopter flew away.

Bang!!! Lighting strike the tree you are on, and you fell off.

You went up the stairs and met God. You angrily ask Him,

Why ? Why ? Why ?

Why you take me from my family, friends and all my loved ones ?

I believe in you and You will help me. WHY didn't you help me ? 

Then, God replied

First, I send a small boat to rescue you, BUT you didn't take it,

Secondly, I send you a bigger boat, more comfortable boat, BUT you still didn't take it,

Finally, I send a helicopter to fetch you from the tree, BUT you still didn't take it !!!

This story is also to show the comparison of carrying Buckets (being paid a linear income) and building Pipelines (being paid a residual income)

Hello friends,

This is facts of life.

I read somewhere, and I think it is very true! I think you will agree with me, " Asian are the most hard-working people in the world. " 

This is true! 

Most of us are working for someone, being paid a salary, working in a 9-5 job or on shift hours.

Many of these people in this Working Class category, are also doing some other side income, especially when they are raising a family, if they have school going children, children going into University, need a bigger house, want a bigger wife, or a bigger husband.

When you are paid a Salary, meaning you are earning Linear Income, and if you decide to do another job, where you are being paid in an hourly manner, 1 hour = 3 bucks, 8= hours = 24 bucks, then you are still earning Linear Income.  

I suggest you choose to do other job / work which is different then your permanent job (Linear Income), choose to do something that could bring you Residual Income.

MLM is a work / job / career that could provide you with Residual Income. You will be paid for the past years effort and being paid for the years to come.

Refer to the posting on " Making Appointment " on the 3rd of January 2010,  this is the moment – " Waiting " , the waiting moment you have to endure, after you and your prospect have agreed on the time to meet and also the venue/place to meet. 

You may have explained briefly on the topic you going to talk about, whether about your business, or topic of interest, or perhaps, you don't.

You simply say,  that you would like to catch up with him/her for a drink, just a drink, since you have not been seeing them for a while.

But, for MLM people, they are going to talk about their business to their prospect! …yeah, am I correct ?

This is how it looks like, while you are waiting for your prospect / friend. You will have to order a drink at least, and you just have to wait until they show up.

First of all, you have to be at the venue / place on time. I mean on time, if you could make it  5 – 10 minutes earlier is much better. 

Waiting can be an easy thing to do, but Waiting can also be a painful thing. 

Sometimes, you just have to wait for a little while, because they came on time.

Sometimes, they call you up, and say that they will be a little late coz of traffic jam.

Sometimes, they call and tell you that something pop up and they can't see you today.

Sometimes, they don't turn up and they don't even call you, to inform you.

This is what waiting means.

Hi,

Do you agree that MLM is a sorting business. And after you have sorted the right person, you still need a personal touch.

You just cannot leave them alone.

Chances are, they will not continue the business. He can be a total stranger, but if you don't get in touch with him daily, you are not doing the right thing. So its no point of getting them to register/sign up and leave them alone.

Do you agree, what is your comment.

Do It Now

Take Action Immediately. Action comes from Thoughts.

When you think of doing something now, take action, act on it, and make it a reality.

If you don't, the time will past you by. Even if you do, the time still ticking.

Tick, Tick, Tick. . .

Time will past you by anyway. Time don't wait for you.

If you thought of visiting an old friend, to see how is he doing? make the call and set an appointment.

If you thought of washing your car, because your car is dirty, take the pail and go wash the car.

If you want to do some gardening, since you have nothing to do at this moment, while waiting to go out later at 8pm for dinner, take the gardening tools and start gardening. You will make this world a greener place. Hahaha…

If you are waiting for a movie in a cinema, and you are an hour early, you could take a book to read in the bookstore nearby.

With reference to Time Management, here is what any CEO or COO would do, they set their time limit, and move on to the next activity. They start their meeting on time and ended on time. Not a minute late. No time to waste, utilising the most of the time they had each day.

If you have done what you wanted to do, without hesitation and take that action immediately and by the end of the day, you would be glad you did it.

One late evening, my old friend called me on my mobile, while I was in the Office, doing my work.

He said : " Hey, is it convenient to talk? "

I said : Yeah… sure.

"Are you still in the office? What are you doing in the Office? " he asked, and I replied "Yes, I m still in the office, and I am still working."

He responded : "Wow, Over Time is it? – You will become a Rich Guy , never mind, we meet up some other time,ok – and said :

"Make Hay While The Sun Shines"

I wasn't so sure, Huh? He repeated  " Make  Hay  While  The  Sun  Shines "

Meaning : WORK WHILE YOU CAN

Make money while you still can. Take that opportunity while you are still healthy and have the ability to do so.

You Make Hay ( cutting, bailing, etc )- Put in the Work or Effort. Do it during the daylight not at night.

"make progress/improvement, while you have the opportunity". In his conversation, it is more to "Make Money while you have the Opportunity."

I said " ok, sorry, we meet up some other time, alright, bye ".

It is never too early or too late to make more money, extra income during your free time, while you can, while you are still young and have all the energy.

Please do not regret later in life, when you come to know that there are not much time left, or you don't have the energy / health to do what you really want to do / have planned to do. It will be too late.

Perhaps, you give all kinds of reasons for not doing so, perhaps it's all because you delay, postpone or procrastinate. Saying to yourself " Hey I am still young and I have all the time in the world and I am capable of doing it later when I retire."

I know a few friends who ventured into MLM business, after they have retired. Not to say that it is not possible to accomplish great things, but why not start early.

Hello fellow friends,

You have heard and seen people became successful in MLM Business, how MLM could change their lifestyle.

It is not easy to be successful in MLM and it is also not impossible to make good income from MLM.

I heard from a successful MLM distributor during testimony session, recently,

He said :

" Doing MLM Business is hard, Working for people is harder "

and he also said :

"Doing MLM is like : drinking coffee, telling stories and making money"

You call up your friends to meet up for coffee and share the business.

This is all you do.
