Hi, Good day…

I would like to share a little short story. 

There is this man, who have been working for his boss for many years. With his experience, talented skills, in building beautiful houses, he had made his boss a happy man.  

As he approaches to his retirement year, his boss wanted him to do 1 last job.

"I want you to do the most beautiful design, the most expensive house you can ever build, the best, from your years of experience building all the other houses and name me all the tools, the best material that you want, don't think about the cost, just build, I will provide all for you for free." said the Boss. "Please take as much time as you want to build this last house." " you just build that dream house " " just tell me what you need and build it "

This man took his own sweet time to build this last house, and he doesn't do it according to what he was told to do. He doesn't put his best imagination, and only utilizing average building material, moderate designs and styles. He do it for the sake of doing it.

Finally, he fixed the door and handed the key – " Boss, I finished the house you wanted " he said.

Then, the boss asked him to his big office, chat with him, to wish him thank you and as an appreciation for his long service and skillful work, the boss hand over the house key to him as his retirement bonus.

Australian 2 Up Plan is another kind of Marketing Plan used by some MLM companies.

How it works?

When you join a MLM company as a distributor, you will build your business and generate sales volume. From the sales volume, you climb up the rank and earning the percentage, for example :

0-250PV = 3%, 450PV = 6%, 750PV = 9% and so on…

In order for you to be promoted, going up the rank, you must transfer 2 of your personally sponsored downlines to your upline.

The MLM Companies using this type of Marketing Plan are : Infinity Downlines, Nutrimetics and Holiday Magic.

Note: Holiday Magic already closed down in 1973.

Carrot = Bonus

One of the reason of having Marketing Plan in a MLM Company is to know how are distributors being paid. 

Another aspect you will notice in a MLM Marketing Plans is the rank/position, in which you will achieve as your group grows. There are companies showing many levels of ranking and income potential by acquiring that rank. Nevertheless, not many distributors can achieve to the top/reach to the top, because the Company made it that way. There are others who make it achievable for their distributors.  

You can also cut the carrot and put the pieces on the ground for the donkey to eat or changing priorities and it will also move forward or to where you want it to go.

There are always questions on scams and pyramid scheme, whenever you type MLM company names in google search engine. 

Many people rate MLM business as a scam, even that particular MLM Company is registered, a member of Direct Selling Association (DSA), having Direct Selling Licence in the country which they operate, having product distribution and may have produce many millionaires. This company have been in operation for over 10 years, and still people named it a scam. There are, until today!!!  

 Not all MLM companies and MLM look alike companies are Scam. OneX is being reviewed as one of the best Home Business and furthermore with only $5 to start up and has amazing income potential.

Is this 4 months old company, OneX, also a scam?

Let us face the facts. ALL MLM leaders do MLM is because of the MONEY. 

I have leaders who tells me FANTASTIC things about the company he is doing. About 1 year later, he comes again with a DIFFERENT company. He says this new company is better than the previous one.

These leaders jump from one company to another.
