When you want to cook some dishes or you want to boil your drinking water early in the morning, you should heat it up the stove and leave it until your food is cooked or until the water is boiled.

Can you switch it off and turn it on again, and switch it off and then turn it on again and expect the food to be cooked and the water to be boiled?

You can't. No way you can expect want you wanted.

You have got to switch the gas on all the way until it materialised!

You have got to do what you do best everyday until you reach your goal.

Same goes, when you are pursuing your goal in MLM business. You have got to stay consistent at what you are doing.

Many MLMers talked about the right things a successful people should do and they do it every single day without fail. They are the one who will be successful.

This is what I saw over my room window during my day off. I took my annual leave and I woke up early… STILL.

I should be in bed!

This cat walks around my block,

… but this morning I caught him sleeping like a log!

The cat has no worries at all. This is what reminds me of what it means to be in the position of  " F.I.P.F " – Financial Independence and Personal Freedom.

It means, you don't have to worry about the money and you have all the time in the world to enjoy what you love to do. No worries about money means you know where the income comes from and it will continues to generate every month into your bank account.

You could wake up anytime and sleep anytime you want and you know that you don't have to punch the clock in the office the next morning, because you don't have to be in the office, to be answerable to anyone. You are your own boss. No one is above you except for God.

Some time ago, my downline ask me to go out with him for a drink because he brought a friend with him and wanted to share with me a business opportunity. So, what do you think I do?

I said, " Sure, what is it about? " and He said " just come and take a look ". As far as I am concern, its actually no harm to know what is it about. Perhaps, it could be something new in the market that I have never come across with. So, I went to listen with an open mind.

One thing is for sure, I have to pick what exactly I want to do. I couldn't do everything at one time. I have to focus.

This young energetic guy spoke to me. He presented this products and the marketing plan. He showed me lots of things about his MLM business. He did a demonstration on me too!  It took him about 2 hours talking to me and my downline in the coffee shop.

He knows where he is heading. He mentioned one of the important word there is in MLM, and it is 

"Passive Income"

He said this is the ultimate aim, why does many people want to do MLM. "You are earning income while you are not there".

It is very true, but I said "not many people who are in MLM knows that". Why? And there are other ways to earn Passive Income too. Some people may use this popular sentence " … money make money ".

There are other opportunities which can also gives you a Passive Income. For those who are in MLM, there are some supporting and good features in MLM which you can share with your fellow prospects.

Passive Income is, indeed one of the most important reason for doing MLM.

Come back to the topic of  "Making calls without SIM card".

I had a discussion with the COO of CNR (ClicknRing) this morning and he had this idea of  forming a TEAM. It is very interesting and I agreed that in every organisation, people need some kind of a TEAM to give them the support they need. Some kind of a back-up.

The organisation needs a TEAM. I know that I can’t do it by myself. Nobody can.

The TEAM would consist of  8 people, to start a little CNR project together and it will benefit each of us. So far, I have a friend with me, both of us have actually been with CNR for quite a while, since 2006, in an Off and On mode.

We are looking for another 6 friends out there, to join us. Part-timers will do. I have a few ideas in mind. But, lets see what can we do with "more heads is better than one" discussion method.

Preferably friends staying in Malacca, so we could meet up and discuss as often as we could. Nothing is fixed yet at this particular moment. We will have the whole weekdays to think and get ideas and, we will be executing our plans on the weekends. 

Let our imaginations run wild.

Let’s talk about people.

When it comes to this topic, most of us call it gossiping. Its a norm. Nevertheless, it is important to know too.

You know your friends very well. No doubt about it. Before doing your presentation to your friend / prospect or sometimes, while you are doing your presentation to share your MLM business, you will notice very clearly the type of person you are talking to by the way they present themselves, their responses.

MLM people will be able to notice whether their prospect can be named as Mr. Security, Mr.Recognition or Mr. Achiever or combination of some of those personalities.

You can observe from the way they speak, the lifestyle they lead and their perception about business. 

Let’s see a few of the characteristic of :

Mr. Security

- scare of losing their job, feeling of contentment, loyal to their job, in a comfort zone, not used to doing business, never try any venture, give up early and never want to try anymore, hold on tight to their job, work in the office is their priority, don’t want any headache, heartache to manage business, etc…

Mr. Recognition

- want to be well known by many people, want to be famous, glamourous, status is important (can see from name in their call cards), no financial gain is alright for these guys as long as they got the name, they want to be the center of attraction, etc…

Mr. Achiever

- they have goals to strive, if they are not known to many, it doesn’t matter at all, focus and self-driven, dare to take calculated risk, taking chances, look for opportunities and act, etc

Nothing is good or bad about these people. They are who they are. You and I can’t change that. It will be insane.

But, one thing is for sure, people can improve.

They are Mr.Security and after a few years, you are surprised to know that they have become Mr. Achiever.
