There is this movie clip set in year 1987, which captures my attention, played by Kevin Costner as Eliot Ness, Sean Connery as Jim Malone, forming a team and selected Andy Garcia as Agent George Stone, Charles Martin Smith as Agent Oscar Wallace, to go after Robert De Niro as Al Capone (the bad guy).

This section of the movie goes like this :-

Jim Malone :  You said you wanted to know how to get to Al Capone. Do you really want to get him? Do you see what I am saying? What are you prepared to do?

Eliot Ness  :  Everything within the law.              

Jim Malone : And then, what are you prepared to do?

If you open the balls (it sounds like balls, halls, i m not sure, pardon me) of these people, you must be prepared to go all the way!

Because they won’t give up the fight until one of you is dead.

Eliot Ness   :  I want to get to Capone, I don't know how to get him? 

Jim Malone : You want to get to Capone ; here is how you get him. He pulls a knife, you pulls a gun. He send one of you to the hospital, you send one of his to the mob. That’s how you get to Capone. Now, do you want to do that?     Are you ready to do that? I am making you a deal, do you want this deal?

Eliot Ness : I have swore to put this man away, with any and all legal means in my disposal, I will do so. 

Jim Malone : Well …..

…while looking at Eliot, and Eliot turned to him, and they ended with a hand shake. 

so…  The moral of the story (this is what my colleague always like to say) The moral of the story : 

Eliot Ness knows what he wanted but doesn't know how to get it. Jim Malone asked : Do you really want it?  and  Are you prepared?

  Do you agree with me that, 30 years ago when people heard about MLM, they think that MLM is for school drop outs and for those who do not have proper jobs. 

  Now it is different. Professionals, successful people and millionaires are also doing MLM. Robert Kiyosaki is talking about MLM.

  MLM is for everybody, but not everybody want to do MLM.

If you take 100 young men aged 25 today, you will find them in one of the following positions when they retire. . .

1 will be Wealthy, meaning he doesn't need to worry about his income / money.

4 will be Financially Independent, they are financially doing alright.

5 of them will still be working, they will be looking for things to do, to earn a living.

27 of them will be dead

63 will be broke, they will not be able to work anymore.

This thing is scary if you look at your position now, and where are you heading by doing

what you are doing right now.

Regarding Henry

starring Harrison Ford

This is a movie about a very successful lawyer, leading a fast moving lifestyle and succeeded in every cases he had, who one day, had been shot in the head and due to that, he lost his speech and physical motor skill, he is paralyzed.

He is not able to talk, walk and don’t recognize his loved ones, wife and daughter. Henry was sent to Bradley ( Therapist ) for helped, until He could walk and talk. Henry now is his office, trying to lead a normal life, and not like before, he started from scratch.

After a while, Henry was feeling down and his wife called up Bradley over to their house. Bradley went into their kitchen table and Henry served him beer.

Here is the important snippets from the movie “I thought I could go back to my life, but I don’t like who I was, Bradley. I – I don’t fit in.” said Henry.

Bradley : I got bad knees. My knees, they’re bad. Ask me why…wrecked them both playing college football. Football was my life-what else was there? I felt my knees pops- game over. I was dead. Forget it ! My life was over, Henry.

Bradley : Now, ask me if I mind having bad knees?

Henry : ” Do you mind? “

Bradley : No, No Way!!! It was a Test. I had to find a life. The therapist that helped me walk again? he was so cool. I thought ; that’s what I want to do. When I told some of my buddies, they laugh right in my face, called me a nurse, bought me white dresses and shit.
But check it out, you’re walking, you’re talking, you’re sitting here drinking some pretty expensive damn beer. I had something to do with that. If it weren’t for my knees, I’d never have met you.

So, no, I don’t mind having bad knees, No. Let me tell you something Hank, (referring to Henry)

this is the crucial part ” Don’t listen to nobody, trying to tell you who you are.”

It might take a while, but you’ll figure yourself out.

They had a gulp of beer and cheers.

It would be a great story, if we’d won the game. Both laughing…
