Doing Two Jobs

FAQ, Life No Comments »

Hello friends,

This is facts of life.

I read somewhere, and I think it is very true! I think you will agree with me, " Asian are the most hard-working people in the world. "

This is true!

Most of us are working for someone, being paid a salary, working in a 9-5 job or on shift hours.

Many of these people in this Working Class category, are also doing some other side income, especially when they are raising a family, if they have school going children, children going into University, need a bigger house, want a bigger wife, or a bigger husband.

When you are paid a Salary, meaning you are earning Linear Income, and if you decide to do another job, where you are being paid in an hourly manner, 1 hour = 3 bucks, 8= hours = 24 bucks, then you are still earning Linear Income.

I suggest you choose to do other job / work which is different then your permanent job (Linear Income), choose to do something that could bring you Residual Income.

MLM is a work / job / career that could provide you with Residual Income. You will be paid for the past years effort and being paid for the years to come.

MLM scam

FAQ, Marketing Plan No Comments »

Hello everyone,

Today, I want to talk about identifying a scam in the MLM Industries.

This guy comes to me and tell me: " You invest one time only. Once in your lifetime investment and you collect money every month "… " it is easy "

This will only apply to those selling coffins. The customer will need the coffin once. There is one time, a company selling coffins through MLM system.

Imagine a businessman telling his customer  " next time you don't come and buy from me. I only sell to NEW customer ONCE."

MLM companies, NEED repeat sales. They will require you to do maintenance. Some requires you to do only group maintenance. And some requires you to do personal maintenance only. Some even both.

REMEMBER, if you need to pay ONCE only, forget it.

Luck

FAQ, MLM Company No Comments »

Wow , I have written many blog posts and it seems everyone who read it seems to agree with me.

Today I am going to talk about Luck.

Our success is 1% luck and 99% effort.  But that 1% luck is 100% important  do any of you agree that 1% luck is more important than the 99% effort.

Do you know when you join MLM, you will be lucky if you join the good leaders. There are good leaders and the are also bad leaders.  Just like there are good CEO and there are bad CEO.  I have met these sort of people.

Sometimes,  you are lucky to meet a good leader in an MLM company but your leader is unlucky to pick the wrong MLM Company.

Do you know that some leaders go for short term money? Make it fast and big before the company close.   Important thing, make money fast, company close,  that is not my problem.  I  have met such leaders who talk to me that way.

In my heart,  I say,  brother you are talking to the wrong person.

So  what do you think ?

Ask Specifically

FAQ, People No Comments »

If you want to get the right answer, you have to ask the right question.

At times, you don't get the right answer, even when you ask the right question.

So, what do you do? Ask again.

A : Have you taken your lunch?

B : I went to the shopping mall.

A : Have you taken your lunch?

B : I went with my cousin. She is buying some household stuff.

A : Have you taken your lunch?

B : Yes. I have taken my lunch. I had fish and chips over there. Not bad at all. You should try.

A : (in A's mind – After asking for the third time, then you answer my question) I see, I thought of asking you to join me for lunch. That's alright. Catch up with you later. Bye.

B : Bye A. See you.

Mr. B is giving answer but not answering question. Have you ever give an answer, but did not actually answering the question your friend asked? I m sure you have come across this. I did, and my friend asked me again the same question. Hahaha…

It's already coming to the end of the year 2010, and we are approaching the new year, Year of Rabbit. This reminds me of last year, while I was at home having a conversation with my mum, and my dad was around, watching TV, having his ear on our conversation. This conversation we had was fast. Question, and then answer, question and then answer, in a quick way. This is what happened.

My mum and I were talking about a topic, I couldn't remember what it was, mostly my mum questions and myself answering. Then, I informed her … this :

Me    : I have got next year's Calender.

My mum : What Calender?

Me     : Table Calender

My mum : What Table?

Me     : ???

We had a good laugh…We think about it and laugh again…

My mum really ask a very specific question. A question very specific, until you don't know how to answer it.

It could be a living room table, computer table, dinner table, or office table? …possible? Hahaha….

Sponsoring

FAQ, MLM Overview, People No Comments »

This 3S is a guide or the things should be done in building your MLM Business – Sell, Sponsor, Service.

Let's talk about sponsoring.

Sign up your friends to be a member, is building your organization.

Who do you sponsor? Who are you bringing into your organization?

You can bring almost everyone into the business as long as it follows the terms and condition of the Direct Selling Act and the government laws, for example, he/she must be above 18 years of age. This is common.

One should not only look for leaders in your organization. Leaders are movers who has the drive and they are self-motivated to build the business and earn lots of money. All of us need leaders. In fact, everyone of us want leaders in our group. With them around, we are able to achieve more and earn more. Without them, both the MLM companies and distributors won't be able to grow & move forward. There will be a huge difference between a MLM company whom having leaders and those without. Leaders are important people.

Should we only pick Leaders to join us ?

Sales increases, income increases. Income grows from the sales of products and/or services. If you have lots of leaders, no sales, means no income.

If you come across prospects, who only consume / use the products, let them sign the membership application form. They are the one who will bring in sales for your organization.

There are people who joined for redemption of points each time they purchase products, sign them up. They want points. Then, there are those who likes to meet new friends in a meeting, buy products once in a while, sign them up too.

Some people have the ability to introduce friends to you, but doesn't buy any products. They are important too, ask them to sign the form and become your member.

Generally, there are two kinds of people, the consumers and the leaders.

In short, bring in anyone and everyone. Don't choose only certain kind of people to join you. If you are choosy, you will find that there is not much choices left for you.

Seminar Selling

FAQ, MLM Overview No Comments »

Today, I went to a health talk. I was invited for the talk and this is what we called "Seminar Selling". It was held in a hotel. The venue represent the formality of the occasion. When a meeting or a talk held in a hotel, it's formal. It also depends on the way the presenter or speaker dresses, whether casual or in a tie, long sleeves and coat.

I felt at ease and comfortable the moment I arrived at the receptionist table to register my name before entering the hall, mainly because they are all in casual (T-shirts) and jeans.

One of the purpose of Seminar Selling is to convey the information to everyone at one go, instead of distributors doing a one on one presentation to a prospect.

This Seminar also support its distributors to invite their prospects to listen to the talk. Its either the company employs its marketing people to be the speaker or at times, it is initiated by a group of distributors (leaders) to conduct the seminar.

This kind of seminar will help those who are not only new in the business but those who feels that they are unable to speak very well about the business, to invite their prospect to listen to the speaker to talk on their behalf.

Return Of Investment

FAQ, Life No Comments »

In short R.O.I.

Where can I invest my money so that I could get a better returns?

Financial Institutions offer a very safe and secured return in a form of Fixed Deposit, which is 2.5% per annum currently.

But many people are diversifying their money into other areas that could give them a higher and faster returns. Its undeniable to avoid seeing more and more people nowadays going for a FAST and BIG return of their investment!

I am talking about Investment in a form of time and money. There are investments which generate its returns in a short time and some takes a longer time to acquire its benefits. And there are some that could never see the returns at all, and some loses more money in their investments.

Fixed Deposit is an investment without any risk, but it gives you a very small return. If one is looking at a higher returns of their investment, they should observe all the risk involved and be willing to participate that risks. As the saying goes "High risk, High returns".

What could we do with our money to make it work for us, instead of leaving them idle under our pillow?

Invest !!!

Take a look at these options, we have Unit Trust. We could also invest in Stocks and Shares. How about trading in Forex? We could survey and seek opinion of which is the suitable MLM business for us. How about starting a conventional business?

What are the chances or is there any guarantee that whatever that you have invested will finally give you the returns you expected ?

Come on, nobody could. I couldn't give you any kind of guarantee that you will be successful in your investment of money and time in MLM business. Or should I say, in any kind of investment ventures.

Gamble!

Is that the most appropriate word to use? Life is a gamble. We live our lives according to what we think is right.

Gamble in a calculated form is recommended rather than Gamble with our eyes closed. Gamble in business investment that gives you higher chances of success is a calculated risk investment. But gamble in a casino is a fifty fifty chance. Its human nature to try their luck in casinos. Perhaps, its greed in all of us.

Anyway, always remember : never, never, never quit and never stop trying.
